Meet the Linear House Medium – the three-bedroom evolution of our long, low-slung flat-roof design. At 1,363 square feet under roof and a 674 square foot porch, this is a single-story home built for real life, not weekend escapes.

The plan splits cleanly down the middle: an open kitchen, dining, and living space on one side, three bedrooms and two full baths on the other. No stairs, no wasted hallways, no bedrooms stacked on top of each other.

The 44-foot footprint stretches wide and shallow to catch light on both sides, and the covered porch runs nearly the full length of the house for outdoor living that actually gets used.

Designed with flexibility in mind and right-sized for full-time living or serious hosting, the Linear House Medium lands squarely between our compact original and our largest family layout.
