Meet the Linear House Family – the largest plan in the series and the one built to actually hold a family. At 1,641 square feet with a 674 square foot porch, it's a four-bedroom, single-story home that lives low and long across the land.
The layout keeps everything that works about the series. Open kitchen, dining, and living on one end. Private bedrooms on the other. We widened the floor plate by six feet to add a fourth bedroom without stretching the footprint, so the common spaces grow with it. The kitchen gets a full pantry and a long island. The porch runs nearly the full width of the house.
Four bedrooms, two full baths, one story. No stairs, no primary suite marooned on another floor, no square footage wasted on hallways you never stop and notice.
The Family is what the Medium becomes when the Medium isn't quite enough – and the one to pick when you're planning to stay put.
